Reckless Video loves Mystery Science Theater 3000-- we have nearly 100 dvds of the show in the store for rent... but it has been off the air for several years. Enter Rifftrax: MST3K host and writer Mike Nelson found a way to mock and riff on not just cheesy old science fiction movies, but current blockbusters as well. Usually joined by Kevin Murphy (the voice of Tom Servo) and Bill Corbett (voice of Crow T. Robot), Mike provides Mystery Science-style comedy to everything from The Karate Kid III to Harry Potter.
Here's how it works:
- Go to Reckless Video and rent the movie you want.
- Download the Rifftrax of the movie you rented.
- Play them together.
And that's it-- you get your Reckless DVD with an "audio commentary" by the Mystery Science Theater 3000 gang!

There are a couple ways to play Rifftrax with your DVD.
There is a free, downloadable Rifftrax Player available that automatically syncs up the movie and the Rifftrax mp3. If you're playing these movies on your computer, this is an easy way to play a DVD with Rifftrax.
If you're not watching these on a computer, you can play the DVD along with the MP3 of the Rifftrax. There are easy-to-follow instructions for making the MP3 play in time with the DVD, and points in the movie that will make sure they're properly synchronized.
