A Tiny Epic Quest
A small patchwork creature, number 9 (Elijah Wood), wakes up in a desolate, post apocalyptic world, and is given the gift of speech by the older 2 (Martin Landau). When 2 is captured by a mechanical beast, 9 defies the leader (Christopher Plummer) of the numbered clan and heads out into the wasteland to save him in the animated feature 9. Teaming up with the faithful 5 (John C. Reilly) and the adventurous and capable 7 (Jennifer Connelly), 9 leads a daring crusade across a dangerous landscape. Adapted from the Oscar-nominated short film of the same name, 9 is imaginatively designed around a world without humans, where tiny creatures adventure through the remnants of a world in decay.
