The first movie to track a character before joining the X-Men, X-Men Origins: Wolverine fleshes out the backstory of a young Logan (Hugh Jackman: Australia, The Fountain), born with bone claws, and his adopted brother... destined to be Wolverine and Sabertooth (Leiv Schreiber: The Omen, The Painted Veil). As Sabertooth heads down the path of villainy, Wolverine becomes the kind of fighter that can stop him when a devious military operative (Danny Huston: 30 Days of Night, How to Lose Friends & Alienate People) offers to make him indestructible.

For the Bible Tells Me So: We meet five Christian families, each with a gay or lesbian child. Parents talk about their marriages and church-going, their children's childhood and coming out, their reactions, and changes over time. Their stories alternate with Protestant and Jewish theologians, film clips of fundamentalist preachers, pundits, and news clips of people in the street as the film posits much of Christianity's homophobia represents a misreading of scripture, a denial of science, and embraces of quack psychology.
