The Return of Doctor Jones

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull catches up with Doctor Henry "Indiana" Jones Jr in his early 60s, in a race to recover a mystical artifact, fighting off another group of supernatural-obsessed baddies... but 1957 is a whole different world for Indy (Harrison Ford: The Mosquito Coast, Patriot Games), squaring off against a Russian colonel (Cate Blanchett: Elizabeth, Heaven) in a sock-hop America in the middle of the Red Scare. When a young greaser (Shia laBeouf: Transformers, Disturbia) rides straight out of The Wild One and into Indy's world with tales of a kidnapped colleague and the quest for a mysterious Crystal Skull, he puts away his professorial sweater, dons his fedora, and pulls out his bullwhip. Then the race is on, reuniting Indy and Marion (Karen Allen: Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Perfect Storm), and sending them to the jungles of South America, with elaborate chases, ancient puzzles, and supernatural phenomena. Steven Spielberg (Minority Report, Jaws) calls Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull "the sweet dessert I give those who had to chow down on the bitter herbs I used in Munich." Corporate Combat

John Cusack (Bullets Over Broadway, Grosse Pointe Blank) plays another haunted hitman in the war profiteer satire War, Inc. Dan Aykroyd (Ghostbusters, 50 First Dates) plays the Vice President of the United States and owner of Tamerlane, the company currently rebuilding the US bombed (and then occupied) nation of Turaqistan, who orders an assassination in the war-torn country. Cusack needs to kill his target, but his cover as a Tamerlane public relations head puts him the the path of an independent reporter (Marisa Tomei: My Cousin Vinnie, Before the Devil Knows You're Dead), a middle eastern pop star (Hillary Duff: Material Girls, Cheaper by the Dozen), and his constantly frustrated contact (Joan Cusack: Ice Princess, School of Rock), as he struggles against the forces pushing him to kill a man, and provide positive branding for a criminal company... neither of which he wants to do.

Documentaries

Acclaimed documentary director Errol Morris' (The Thin Blue Line, The Fog of War) newest film is Standard Operating Procedure, looking behind the infamous photographs at the Abu Ghraib prison. The documentary looks into the soldiers who took the pictures and placed the prisoners in the controversial positions, and the conditions within the prison, which could have been caused by a variety of conditions and different ideas of "American Values."

The Rape of Europa covers the 12-year campaign by the Nazi party to claim art throughout Europe. The documentary tells both the story of the systematic theft and destruction of artwork from across the continent and the individuals (from art collectors to clerks to truck drivers) who undermined the destruction of Europe's art, and protected as much of the historical work as they could. Narrated by Joan Allen (Searching for Bobby Fischer, Pleasantville).

The story of maverick midwestern farmer John Peterson, The Real Dirt on Farmer John details the work of a farmer who remade his family's farm, and, in the 60s and 70s brought alternative culture onto the farm, making himself an outcast in the traditional agricultural community. John's individualism kept his farm vibrant and unique and took his work in a different direction than traditional farms.

Broader...

The story of the early life of Genghis Khan, Mongol focuses on the warrior's childhood and trials with starvation and slavery, until his ascension to become the Kahn, and reclaim the bride that was promised him in his youth.

Stuck is a thriller and black comedy by director Stuart Gordon (Dagon, Robot Jox), inspired by a true story. After a night out, a nursing incident (Mena Suvari: American Beauty, Spun) hits a man (Stephen Rea: The Butcher Boy, V for Vendetta) with her car on the way home. Still alive, he's stuck in her windshield, and begs her for help... but she's worried about police and her upcoming promotion. As he fights for life, she calls her drug dealing boyfriend (Russell Hornsby: After the Sunset, Get Rich or Die Tryin) to make the problem go away.

Feast 2 takes the surviving cast of Feast (including Jenny Wade (Rumor Has It, No Reservations) and veteran character actor Clu Gulager (McQ, The Killers)) and picks up where the first movie left off. The survivors flee from the monsters to a nearby town, only to find that the town is overrun with the creatures as well, which results in Feast-style horror slapstick and a generous amount of fluids.
